Organized by Organizing Committee of Laifeng International Vine Tea Conference, the First National Vine Tea Competition was held in Laifeng County of Hubei Province on July 31st.

The competition received a total of 87 tea sample applications from across the country, and after preliminary screening, 63 tea samples advanced to the sensory evaluation stage. Seven tea experts from China and abroad evaluated the entries according to the Sensory Evaluation Method of Vine Tea and selected winners in four award categories: Special Gold Award, Gold Award, Silver Award, and Innovation Product Award.
