Organized by China Association for the Promotion of International Agricultural Cooperation, Laifeng County Committee of the Communist Party of China, People’s Government of Laifeng County, and the Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, the 2023 International Vine Tea Conference (Laifeng·China) was held in Laifeng County of Hubei Province from August 31st to September 2nd. The conference aims to actively respond to the "Healthy China" strategy, popularize the natural vine tea resources of Laifeng County, promote the brand communication of Laifeng vine tea, push forward Laifeng vine tea go global, and promote the exchange and interaction of tea industry between China and other countries, and enhance international cooperation.

On the conference we have released the 2023 Vine Tea Internet Communication Clout Index, Methodology for Sensory Evaluation of Vine Tea, 2023 China Vine Tea Industry Development Report, conducted the China Vine Tea Fair, and invited well-known experts at home and abroad and representatives of relevant organizations to give special reports, discuss the current development status and problems of vine tea with participants, learn the development experience of relevant industry of other countries, provide reference for the development of China's vine tea industry, and promote the exchange and cooperation of tea industry and tea culture between China and other countries.

Mr. Tharanga Abeysekara, the Assistant Director of Sri Lanka Tea Board and the Third Secretary of Sri Lanka Embassy in China, Ms Shabnam Weber, the President of Tea and Herbal Association of Canada, Mr. Marco Bertona, the Chairman of Italy Tea & Infusions Association, Mr. Oninda Ranil Kulasekara, the General Manager of Lion Holdings Trading Shenzhen Limited, and Mr. Cossi Prosper Dagbo Amoussou, the General Manager of Asia-Africa Silk Road International Trade (Hainan) Co., Ltd have participated in this activity as the representative of address guests, speech guests and purchasers.
