On January 7, organized by China Association for the Promotion of International Agricultural Cooperation, co-organized by Tea Industry Committee of China Association for the Promotion of International Agricultural Cooperation, Functional Agricultural Products Committee of China Association for the Promotion of International Agricultural Cooperation and ShowCha (a professional media of tea industry in China), Advanced Free Training for Chinese Tea Going Global about RECP and China agriculture was held on four live-streaming platforms today. For this training, we invited Ms Ma Jianlei, the Director of Regional Trade Department of Agricultural Trade Promotion Center of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China to talk about the basic introduction of RCEP, the agriculture related policies of RCEP, the opportunities and challenges faced by Chinese agriculture with the background of RCEP and how to take full advantage of the benefits of RCEP.

Director Ma is a witness of RCEP negotiation. She has been engaged in the research work on agricultural products market and trade, foreign agricultural policies and agricultural negotiation in free trade zone for a long time. She provided technical supports and participated in the agriculture negotiation about free trade agreement, such as RCEP, FTA, free trade agreement between China and Georgia, China and Cambodia, and China-Pakistan.
