Global Cooperation

With the goals of ‘promoting Chinese tea abroad and expanding Chinese tea’s worldwide, the Tea Industry Committee has successively held ‘China Tea Promotion Conferences’ in Australia, South Korea, Sri Lanka and other countries, and held a series of ‘China Tea Export Forums’ ‘China Tea Export Fair’ in China and released relative reports. At present, the Tea Industry Committee has established close contacts and cooperation with more than 40 national and international tea boards. The Tea Industry Committee will perform the policy of ‘going out and bringing in’ and will actively collaborate with countries along the ‘One Belt and One Road’ is the focus of our future work.

Conference Discussion

The Tea Industry Committee has strengthened the role of the platform for information transfer and industry discussions to promote tea cooperation worldwide. ‘The Chinese Tea Industry Conference’ has been held by us for five consecutive years and has gradually grown into a well-known conference in the tea industries. At the same time, in response to the tea industries’ hotspots and difficulties, we have co-hosted dozens of forums for dialogue and meetings towards different relative problems.

Exhibition

Building an effective and convenient marketing platform is one of the most crucial functions of the Tea Industry Committee. Our exhibition, China (Beijing) International Tea and Tea Ceremony Exhibition, has been held for many years and has grown into the most important spring tea event in China. Furthermore, the Tea Industry Committee has co-hosted dozens of marketing functions, including exhibitions, promotional conferences, cultural festivals with local governments every year.

Tea Village Tours

Tea Village Tours is an effective integration of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries of the tea industry. In recent years, the Tea Industry Committee has strived for facilitating the development of tea village tours. The Tea Industry Committee has released the boutique routes of tea village tours in each season. We collaborated with the tourism website------Joyu Lvmama Group to launch the tea village tours section; started the series documentaries Home Village / Walking to the Captivating Tea Village with China Central Television (CCTV); and held related conferences, conventions and exhibitions of tea village tours.

Social Responsibilities

Actively responding to the national call of investing in poverty alleviation, the Tea Industry Committee has assisted, through the guidance of experts, platform construction, integration of resources, brand cultivation and other measures, to extreme poverty areas in Wuling Mountain, Qinba Mountain, Dabie Mountain, rocky desertification area in Yunnan, Guilin and Guizhou in the past five years.
