The 7th Asia-pacific Tea Competition was held successfully in Beijing

Organized by the Organizing Committee of China (Beijing) International Tea and Tea Ceremony Exhibition, co-organized by the Embassy of Sri Lanka in China, Embassy of Nepal in China, Sri Lanka Tea Board, Tea Research Institute of Kenya Agricultural & Livestock Research Organization, European Speciality Tea Association, Malaysia Tea Association, Vietnam Tea Association, Australian Tea Masters Association, Korea Tea Academy, Rize Çay Çarşisi of Turkey, the 7th Asia-pacific Tea Competition was held on June 11 and June 18 at Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in Beijing.

There is 526 tea samples from China and other countries recommended to attend the 7th Asia-pacific Tea Competition. After the preliminary evaluation, about 378 tea samples are qualified to be judged by the judges from China.
